About the Role

The Administration Officer (Students and Wellbeing) provides high-level administrative, organisational, and data support to the Student and Wellbeing Team at the Assisi Campus. The role supports the wellbeing, pastoral care, safety, and formation of students in Years 7–12 through effective coordination of processes, systems management, communication, and reporting. Working closely with senior pastoral leaders and House Guardians, the position requires professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when managing sensitive student information. The role ensures accurate pastoral records and student data, supports reporting and analytics, and contributes to a safe, orderly, and supportive school environment.

This is a full‑time, term‑time position, joining the College on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Oversee the operation of sign‑in and sign‑out stations within the Wellbeing Centre, ensuring accurate recording of student movements in line with College procedures.
  • Assist students attending the Wellbeing Centre, responding to wellbeing or administrative enquiries, offering initial support, and directing students appropriately to House Guardians, the Head of Students, or other relevant staff.
  • Manage pastoral records, documentation and workflows relating to behaviour, wellbeing, interventions, follow‑ups, and parent communication.
  • Generate and distribute pastoral data reports, including trends, attendance patterns, wellbeing indicators, and behaviour analytics for the Student and Wellbeing Team.
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of team development activities, including Planning Days and other professional collaboration sessions.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Certificate IV in a relevant discipline (i.e. business, administration) or demonstrated equivalent competencies identified in relevant certifications.
  • A broad range of administrative experience, ideally within an education setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of, and prior experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
