Job Description

Typical Duties

  • Overseeing either the Senior (ASDC) or Junior (JSDC) teams. 
  • Supporting student teams as they interpret competition briefs and develop their submissions. 
  • Guiding the development of specialist sub‑teams (e.g., engineering, business, design).
  • Coordinating logistics, schedules, training sessions, and competition requirements. 
  • Fostering an inclusive, aspirational environment that promotes creativity, problem‑solving, and high‑level teamwork.
