Volunteer Blue Card Requirements

If you are applying for a volunteer or student blue card, you will need to be linked to Padua College before you can continue with your application. Watch the Blue Card services video How-to apply for a blue card as a student or volunteer.

Using the online organisation portal:

Once you have registered an account through Blue Card Services, you will need to provide your online account number and date of birth to Padua College at application stage, to be linked to the College. This will happen in real time and you will receive email confirmation from Blue Card Services. Then, you will be able to log in and apply for a blue card using the online portal.

Processing timeframes

Applications generally take 28 business days to process. The application will take longer if any information is returned from the blue card check. Applications made through the online applicant portal are processed quicker than paper applications. Read about when you will receive your card when approved.

All volunteers MUST have an approved Volunteer Blue Card before they can commence volunteering at the College.
