Padua College is an independent Catholic Boys' Day School from Years 5-12 conducted by the Order of Franciscan Friars minor with an enrolment of over 1500 boys.

Job Description

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and leadership skills – able to guide, mentor, and inspire young debaters.
  • Excellent time management – balancing preparation, practice, and competition schedules effectively.
  • A positive attitude and dedication to youth development – fostering confidence, teamwork, and critical thinking.
  • Availability for weekly meetings and debate rounds – typically scheduled on weeknights.
